- **The agent as a file.** `ghosty agents export <agent> [--out DIR]` writes its whole setup as YAML (recipe-compatible, secrets as `${NAME}`; with `--out`, its own skills too). `ghosty apply <file|dir>` shows a plan (`+ ~ - !`), asks and applies; `--agent X` targets another agent, `--create` makes a new one, `--prune` also removes what the file no longer lists. The current version is saved before applying.
